AT-6 Acquisition Project
Mission
Find and acquire a North American AT-6 Texan to add to the museums collection. To integrate this aircraft into our existing marketing programs which provide hands on, historical aviation experiences to children and adults. To use all of the profits from the operation of this aircraft to fund the Betty Stagg-Turner Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Quest for Funding
In order to accomplish this goal, we will need the support of charitable, historical minded companies and individuals willing to support Butler County Warbirds' mission. General level: $50,000 or more
· Signage near aircraft at events· Permanent signage in the museum· Sponsorship recognition on every promotional advert we do with the planes· 20% discount on rides and merchandise· Company picnic event*, Hosted at BCW's museum (Ten 1943 PT-19 rides included)· Two 30 minute rides in the AT-6 (when acquired)
