Group Fundraising
We have two programs in place to allow organizations to raise funds using discounted rides in our aircraft.
Discounted Flight Purchases
Any organization looking to fund raise with Butler County Warbirds through our airplane rides can purchase ride certificates in bulk at a discount for use in fundraising events. You must purchase a MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) 30-minute Ride Certificates in any aircraft to qualify for the discount. This works great with auctions (silent or otherwise), raffles, and other common fundraising methods. The prices below are per 30-minute ride.

Charitable Flight Donations
Butler County Warbirds is willing to provide a limited number of free 30-minute airplane rides to assist other non-profit organizations in fundraising activities. The following rules and limitations shall apply:
- No more than 10 rides will be awarded PER CALENDAR YEAR.
- Requesting organizations must provide proof of 501(c)3 tax-exempt status.
- Only one free ride can be awarded per organization PER CALENDAR YEAR.
- Requests will be determined by the board of directors based upon merit alone.
- All decisions are final and at the sole discretion of the board of directors.
